Service Levels

CDaaS provides multiple levels of service and the option for complete customization of your court research service based on your needs.
  • Data Only – returns the most current record readily available for the lowest possible cost. Data only service leverages our Synaptec automation platform supplemented with on-site court runners where needed.
  • Standard QA – applies additional quality assurance, record validation, and additional data clean-up to court records at your request. The process removes unwanted data, confirms identifiers, and validates record reportability per your unique rules.
  • Enhanced QA – this full-service option takes the Standard service and applies additional adjudication report filtering on the result per your unique rules.
