In an environment of evolving policy demands, tight budgets, and growing caseloads, social service workers are optimistic about their efficiency, adaptability, and the potential of automation to help them deliver meaningful support to their communities. 

Our inaugural Equifax Social Services Outlook Index, based on a survey of 500 government social service workers, received some responses that suggest that the social services workforce is more ready to modernize, embrace technology, and redefine what “efficient government” looks like.
