Mobile Terms & Conditions
When the custody status of a specific offender or case changes, VINE will send a text message to the number you specify.  You must have a device that allows receipt of an SMS (Short Message Service) message, more commonly known as “text message.” To opt-in to our service, you can register from our website.

Standard text messaging rates will apply with the receipt of each text message notification. Any fees associated with the receipt of the message are solely the responsibility of the individual who registered to receive notifications.
